Donation Roulette for Kick: Channel Points as Donations
Viewers redeem a Kick Channel Points reward - it lands in the same donation feed and spins the roulette just like a regular donation.
What to enable on Kick
In your Kick Creator Dashboard, turn on the Channel Points toggle - without it, viewers simply have no points to spend. Unlike Twitch, no Affiliate/Partner status is required.
Connect Kick in the panel
The "Integrations → Kick" tab in the panel (/panel) - one-click OAuth login, no passwords. Right after logging in, set the rate: how many points equal how much money.
Create a points reward
The "Create reward" button in the same tab creates a real Kick reward at the cost you choose, without leaving the panel. When a viewer redeems it, the donation appears in the feed instantly, and lots/roulette update exactly like from a regular donation.
Roulette and widget - same as always
From here it works like any other donation source: the donation text becomes the lot name, the amount becomes its weight, and the server spins the wheel fairly. It's the same OBS widget used for DonationAlerts - see the "Donation Roulette Widget for OBS" guide for details.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Kick Partner status for Channel Points?
No - unlike Twitch, Kick Channel Points are available to any streamer, you just need to turn on the toggle in your Creator Dashboard.
Can I accept donations via DonationAlerts and Kick at the same time?
Yes - both sources write to the same donation feed, the roulette and auction don't care where a donation came from.
Why aren't redemptions arriving after I connect?
Usually the Channel Points toggle isn't on yet in your Kick Creator Dashboard, or the event subscription failed once. The panel has a "Retry" button that resubscribes without logging in again.
